The Deloitte Cyber Academy was established to develop the next generation of cybersecurity professionals capable of protecting organisations against evolving cyber threats.

Participants receive practical training covering cybersecurity fundamentals, information security operations, cyber risk management and emerging technologies. The programme also exposes learners to Deloitte’s professional environment and provides opportunities to work alongside experienced cybersecurity professionals.

Exceptional participants may be considered for internship placements and future cybersecurity engagements within Deloitte.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be 28 years old or younger at the date of application.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc., B.Eng., B.A. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or Upper Credit.
• Have at least five credits in WASSCE/NECO (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in one sitting.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess basic knowledge of Information Technology.

Cybersecurity certifications and experience with operating systems, networking, security operations, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, SIEM, WAF, NGFW or related technologies will be an added advantage.
