About the Scholarship/Programme

The Harpswell Leadership Residency (LR) is a professional development opportunity based at Harpswell’s leadership centres in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Leadership Residents live alongside Cambodian Women’s Leadership students and alumnae, supporting their learning, mentoring them and contributing to the development of young women leaders.

The programme is designed as a cross-cultural exchange. Residents teach, facilitate discussions, tutor students, support leadership development and participate in the daily community life of Harpswell’s leadership centres.

For the 2027 cohorts, applicants can apply for a residency beginning in January 2027 or May 2027. Each Leadership Resident commits to a term of four to eight months.
